As our Hot End Production Leader, you will

What you’ll be doing…

• Ensure compliance with and promote all health, safety, environmental and energy requirements for the job, site and company
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training within your area of responsibility.
• Be competent with the CI framework and drive the application of CI tools, techniques, and ways of working, so that they become the standard method within Queensferry.
• Create detailed Work Instructions and Risk Assessments for all Hot End related tasks and activities
• Support the plant teams with expert process knowledge and technical skills to ensure that the plant is operated, at all times
