As our People & Systems Coordinator, you will support the people team in all employee relations activity as well as management of all internal people systems to ensure up to date headcount/people information.
What you’ll be doing…
- Ensure all internal people platforms are up to date to allow for accurate employee reporting
- Produce the monthly Headcount reports as required
- Management of Cascade (internal people platform) reviewing all workflows and reporting to ensure data is being delivered correctly and the system is being utilized to the best of its ability. Look to regularly review the platform to provide suggestions to allow the system to streamline any internal processes.
- Provide administration support to the People Business Partners as and when required
- Ensure all employee files are kept up to date and are compliant with GDPR policies.
- Oversee the sickness absence process including reporting and support in attendance review meetings in line with company policy
- Oversee the probation process monitoring compliance from managers and providing support where required
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator on the onboarding process and ensuring all documentation is returned and logged for onboarding
- Ensuing all benefit providers are aware of movement of employees (leavers and new starters)
- Management of the right to work platform and ensuing all employees have the right to work in the UK at all times
- Provide support in any interview process as and when required ensuring all hiring managers are compliant with the recruitment framework
- Note taking in any disciplinary/grievance meetings and leading any employee relation cases as directed.
- Support the People Business Partners and HR Manager in their business areas to provide a strong business partnership to their stakeholders.
- Management of the leaver process from inputting information on the relevant systems, informing payroll and conducting exit interviews.
- Management of the Long Service Award scheme ensuring awards are distributed in a timely manner
- Supporting the great place to work strategy and to projects as and when directed.
- Overseeing SAP management for all HR related invoices.
- Working with Occupational Health on any insurance claims
- Management of relevant insurance certification required to be kept on file

If you have any of the following – this would be an added advantage:
- Previous experience of working in a People team and a good understanding of key people policies
- Working towards CIPD accreditation either level 5 or 7 would be advantageous
- Good computer literacy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
