SALES MANAGER OEM UK
OEM business segment within System Division region in Knauf Insulation Group looks after industrial customers with diverse needs ranging from Air Handling Units to Sandwich Panels. We want to strengthen our sales activities in the UK
with a Sales Manager who can identify market opportunities and respond effectively with the right solutions. He/She/They is driven by customer centricity and innovation, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit. He/She/They understands that achieving goals and results is key and can take a relationship-oriented approach to achieving them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive sales growth in the UK OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) market, unlocking new opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships with key accounts.
- You’ll craft and execute a dynamic OEM Regional/Country Sales Strategy for the UK, ensuring it aligns with ambitious business objectives.
- Customer visits and prospects in the UK as well as regular travel to HQ in Slovenia.
- Expand your network both internally and externally, dive into market analysis, and identify game-changing business opportunities while setting and tracking impactful KPIs.
- Personally manage existing and acquire new clients and further develop relationship of our key accounts within the UK market.
- negotiating and confirming terms of cooperation, reparation of documentation (quotation, proposal, contract, etc.).
- preparation of business studies, business plans (business plan, strategy, activities, etc.).
- Address and resolve customer claims promptly and professionally.
- Monitor pricing and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness while achieving profitability goals.
- managing the client and project database in the CRM Reporting tool (Salesforce).
- Become a part of a wider OEM Sales Team, spread across various countries in Europe.
What we’d love for you to have:
- 5+ years of proven business and sales development experience on B2B level,
- has already achieved success in the field of developing business with existing customer base and acquire of new potential customers,
- Your entrepreneurial mindset, combined with an innovative and proactive approach, makes you a self-starter who thrives on delivering results and building strong relationships,
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, paired with a sharp business and technical acumen, equips you to excel in this role,
- English native speaker / Additional languages is considered a plus,
- has a knowledge of preparation of sales strategies and, at the same time, efficiency in the realization of the objectives, knows how to manage sales plans and is business-oriented, knows how to be part of a team and does well in an independent role
