As a Manufacturing Apprentice, you will develop the skills, knowledge, and expertise required to contribute to the production of high-quality insulation products. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engineering, manufacturing, and problem-solving, and who are eager to build a long-term career in the industry.

The Apprenticeship Program

The learning provider for this apprenticeship will be Coleg Cambria, Deeside Campus.

The Apprenticeship program will be a structured 2-year apprenticeship program with on-the-job training and mentorship.

Its an opportunity to gain nationally recognized qualifications in manufacturing & engineering.

Apprenticeship Requirements

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics, English, and Science (Grade 4/C or above).
• Level 2 PEO (Achieved by September 2025).
• A genuine interest in manufacturing and engineering.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
