As our IT Field Service Engineer, you will be working as part of an IT team based in the UK, you will provide hands-on support to the local businesses and working on local and global projects. The role requires supporting multiple locations across the UK, primarily in St. Helens and Deeside. There is the opportunity for hybrid working.

What you’ll be doing…

• Ticket resolution assigned to Field Service – incidents and tasks
• Physical / hands on local IT support (networks, pc’s, servers, telephony, mobile devices, printers, and users)
• Regular remote site check-in
• Supporting Infrastructure projects and roll out of new services and processes.
• User training (local and global apps)
• New Starters (including physical setup/imaging/training) / Leavers
• Supporting local projects
• Local vendor management
• Support local applications
• Office moves/refurbishment/org changes
• Local Business Relationship Management – new demands/communication/collaboration. Knowledge sharing
• Asset management
• Local procurement

You will split your time between our Head Office location in St Helens and our manufacturing sites in Queensferry and Shotton, so flexibility to travel accordingly is required.

If you have any of the following – this would be an added advantage:

• Ideally 2 years of experience in an IT environment
• Happy working as a team and independently at different locations
• Knowledge of Cisco networks – desirable
• Comfortable working with internal employees and 3^rd party vendors
