As our Key Account Manager, you will drive strategic growth and strengthen relationships with key customers by delivering exceptional account management, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives
What you’ll be doing…
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities across the full product range to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement tailored promotional, stocking, and training initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with Norwegian team to align on objectives and provide support.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and mutual growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer activity, and market trends to inform strategic planning.
• Drive implementation of the potential driven sales approach via the use of OneCRM and accompanying digital tools. Deliver against group KPI’s for pre-call planning and call rates
• Provide regular updates and insights to the Regional Sales Director on account performance, strategic decisions, and key personnel changes.
• Propose and lead customer-focused projects to enhance partnerships and strengthen Knauf’s market position.

If you have any of the following – this would be an added advantage:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A good general education, with strong literacy and numeracy skills including good English language skills.
