As our Key Account Manager - SIG, you will provide focused account management for the SIG Group.
What you’ll be doing…
Develop strong and widespread trading relationships within SIG Group
Develop and implement the strategic business plan for SIG Group and manage promotional, stocking and training initiatives to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain and develop relationships with key SIG personnel nationally. Meet regularly with SIG Divisional Sales Directors, Regional Sales Directors and Branch Directors to increase sales of KI products and services
Perform key account duties in conjunction with SIG’s category management team to ensure smooth running of the account
Monitor and provide sales performance, field activity and customer statistical information to enable effective planning and budgeting
Take lead role in negotiation of terms & rebates
Work closely with the National Sales Manager, to ensure branches are receiving a market leading service from Area Sales Managers
Carry out OneCRM reporting to enable information to be shared throughout the organisation
Ensure that payments are monitored, and any queries are dealt with promptly to avoid late payment from SIG Group
Report promptly to the business on all aspects of SIG Group’s strategic decisions and key personnel changes
Regularly update Knauf Insulation’s marketing department with information on SIG Group’s intended promotional and marketing activity.
