As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be accountable for delivering profitable growth across both markets through effective leadership of the Area Sales Manager team and disciplined execution of Knauf Insulation’s commercial strategy.
The role owns regional sales performance, key customer relationships, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring short-term delivery and long-term market development.
What you’ll be doing…
Lead, motivate, and develop Area Sales Managers to deliver individual and regional targets.
Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards; provide coaching and performance management.
Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Translate group initiatives into clear regional action plans.
Own senior relationships with key regional and strategic customers and distributors.
Act as the regional sales interface with Marketing, Technical, Specification, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.
Lead or support major negotiations and complex customer matters

If you have any of the following – this would be an added advantage:
Senior sales leadership experience in a B2B environment.
Proven success delivering results through distribution or indirect sales channels.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Our Nordic office is based in Gothenburg, so a close proximity to Gothenburg would be beneficial.
